Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
Free shipping on orders over £50 - UK postcodes only
At Bao Botanicals, we use a selection of different delivery methods from DPD, Hermes and Royal Mail. Once your item has been dispatched you will be updated with the relevant tracking number and company that have your delivery.
All orders will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 2pm. After this time, orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Shipping rate UK postcodes
Standard delivery £4.00 within 3-4 working days.
Express delivery £5.00 within 2 working days.
Shipping outside of UK
For shipping goods outside of the UK, please contact us to discuss shipping rates and delivery times.
Please note that Bao Botanicals is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes incurred for goods shipped outside the UK. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it, please send it to the below address within 14 days of delivery in its original condition e.g., kept in the original packaging, undamaged and unused.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.

Please ensure you provide your order details with your return so that we can locate your items in our records.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item back to us, we recommend you return the product via a tracked and insured method for your piece of mind.
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
In the unlikely case that your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sending your order number and image(s) of the damaged item to info@baobotanicals.com
